This awesome radio lab podcast outlines a time when people may not have noticed the color blue.

I have failed to learn the ancient and incredibly handy art of ironing. I suppose my persistence will either pay off.. or I will burn a hole through one of my prized skirts.

My favorite ingredient to add to baked goods is ground up rooibos tea with bergamot oil. The rest of the recipe was loosely based on this blog post. I say loosely because of a small slip that happened to triple the lemon extract..
All’s well that ends well. And maybe a joke about life giving me lemons.
